Macquarie Group in Hong Kong seeks an APAC Equity Strategy Associate – Big Data to develop differentiated insights at the intersection of fundamentals and alternative data. You will work with the Head of APAC Equity Microstrategy to turn complex datasets into investment ideas and outcomes.

You will partner with Equity Research, Sales and Trading to translate analytics into commercially actionable intelligence, supporting the growth of equity strategy products across Asia Pacific.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Quantitative Finance or related field.
• 1+ year of experience with large datasets and generating insights.
• Strong Python/Tableau skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to present complex findings.

Responsabilidades

• Apply data science, automation and visualization to identify opportunities across markets and sectors.
• Collaborate with Equity Research, Sales and Trading to translate analytics into insights.
• Analyse large datasets to uncover patterns, trends and investment signals.
• Transform complex information into actionable equity strategy outputs.
