Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 8-10+ years of managerial experience.
• Advanced knowledge of strategic direction within relevant business.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop teams to accomplish goals and conduct personnel duties.
• Prepare and present team/project reviews to senior management.
• Drive design and development of system architecture.
• Monitor and manage budgeting, planning, and policy formation.
• Ensure change is managed with appropriate controls and documentation.

Skills

PMP Certification

Experience with financial products

Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Leadership and management skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree/University degree

Master’s degree preferred
