Job summary

Citi in APAC is seeking an experienced project management professional for the Equities COO organization. This role manages cross-equity platform projects, including regulatory initiatives, business optimization and data work, coordinating Asia’s book of work with global agendas.

The successful candidate will lead complex initiatives, communicate with executive management, and collaborate across multiple control and risk teams, delivering strong governance and post-implementation reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
5+ years in project management or business analysis.
Experience in Asian markets and equities (Prime, Derivatives, Cash).
Ability to document requirements, plans and mitigations clearly.
Strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
Experience in regulatory control environments.
Understanding of waterfall and agile practices.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple complex projects and/or special assignments concurrently.
Act as a strategic thought leader from project conception through implementation.
Identify critical stakeholders and deliver effective communication to all levels including executive management.
Collaborate across the Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Data Privacy, Market Data, Legal, Compliance, Credit Organization, In-Business Controls, and In Business Risk organizations.
Drive project and business requirements; interview owners, authoring requirements, scope, approvals, updates.
