DECIEM, The Abnormal Beauty Company, seeks a Design Manager for Creative & Visual Merchandising in APAC. Based in Harbour City, HK, this full-time, hybrid role partners with Global and regional teams to deliver regional VM and Creative projects while preserving brand values and global vision with local relevance.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate brand strategy into regional creative and VM concepts.
• Proven multitasking across multiple projects with strong time management.
• Self-starter with excellent project management, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Strong collaboration with retailers, VM, field and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in the listed design software is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key partner between APAC teams and Global Creative & VM Retail Experience Teams.
• Own and drive regional creative projects from concept to final production and post-launch evaluation.
• Lead design, spatial planning, concept development, and execution of experiential offline activations.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, budgets, and execution with APAC and Global teams.
• Deliver best-in-class representation of the brand across APAC formats and retail partners.
• Present designs to management for approval and action feedback at milestones.
• Oversee VM programs including fixtures, prototypes, guidelines, and planograms.
• Collaborate with retailers, display vendors, engineers, and internal teams for displays.
• Keep stakeholders updated on scheduling and counter dates for merchandising tools.
• Direct external agencies and freelance designers ensuring brand consistency.
