Job summary

Peoplebank Hong Kong Limited is seeking an Analyst Programmer to drive core application development for a major statutory body. You will contribute to enterprise solutions, modernize technical architectures, and enhance internal digital platforms to improve operational efficiency.

The role requires hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere, Java EE, REST services, and Oracle 19C. English and Chinese communication will be essential in a collaborative, public-sector environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• At least 2 years of IT application development experience.
• Hands-on with IBM WebSphere, MyEclipse, Java EE, and REST services.
• Familiar with Oracle 19C with PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, ReactJS, and responsive design.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written & spoken).
