Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks experienced finance professionals with a strong background in equity capital markets and credit analysis. The role requires analytical rigor, presentation material preparation, and experience with IPOs, equity placements and block trades.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in ECM, a degree in finance/accounting, and fluency in Korean and English. HKPR/IANG visa holders encouraged to apply; strong client networking expected in Asian markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Finance/Econ/quantitative discipline; strong academic credentials
• 2–3 years analytical experience (Big 4, IB, PE, or asset management)
• At least 4 years’ experience as a writing analyst
• Degree holder in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years working experience in Equity Capital Markets
• Native Korean & fluent English written & spoken, a must
• Korean fresh graduate with a IANG visa OR HKPR

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare presentation materials
• Conduct review, analysis and assessment on credit applications
• Monitor and analyze developments in the FX, Rates, Investment Grade Bond markets
• Ensure all trade execution complies with the proper internal governance
• IPOs, equity placements and block trades, pre-IPO
• Originate, structure and execute equity and equity-linked transactions
• Monitor and analyze non-performing assets, prepare MIS reports
• Coordinate internally for impairment forecasts of non-performing loans
• Perform annual review of external debt collection agents
