Key responsibilities

Liaise with the Company's UK-based service providers

Research regulatory developments and compliance requirements relevant to the Company's business

Prepare reports, correspondence and compliance documentation for management and external stakeholders

Support trade surveillance and assist with the investigation and escalation of compliance issues

Support client onboarding, KYC, AML, sanctions screening and other due diligence processes

Assist with the Company's compliance, corporate governance and risk management activities

About you

Master's degree or equivalent from a leading UK university, preferably a Russell Group institution

Native-level English written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with UK business practices and experience interacting with UK-based stakeholders
