Job summary

HAN'S CNC (大族数控) is a world-leading PCB equipment manufacturer with a strong global footprint. We seek a senior algorithm specialist to lead core algorithm development, modeling, and deployment for precision manufacturing, including measurement, calibration, and optimization of production processes.

You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, and process teams to ensure robust mass production, while tracking cutting-edge tech and documenting results for internal sharing.

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in a quantitative field; OR-Methods/Optimization focus preferred
• Ability to read English technical literature and document code and results
• Experience with precision manufacturing or high-end automation equipment is a plus
• Proficiency in C++/Python/MATLAB and strong data structures knowledge
• Mandarin Chinese fluency is required

Responsibilities

• Research core algorithms and design solutions for precision equipment.
• Develop simulations, validate designs, and deploy on production systems.
• Implement high-precision measurement, calibration, and compensation methods.
• Build optimization models for process parameter tuning and scheduling.
• Perform data analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable mass-production deployment.
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in internal knowledge sharing.
