Job summary

Arup is seeking a Senior Operation Officer in Hong Kong to oversee the Smart Passenger Security Screening System project at Hong Kong International Airport. Your role includes supporting project execution, coordinating with various stakeholders, and attending site for monitoring the installation progress.

The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in airport security operations. Excellent English and Chinese communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in project management experience; experience in airport security operations is an advantage.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong project management, problem solving and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support on the execution and monitoring of the Smart Passenger Security Screening System project.
• Coordinate PSSS operations with Aviation Security Company Limited during equipment replacement.
• Attend site to monitor PSSS installation progress.
