Job summary

Aviation Indeed™️ in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to plan, lead, and supervise line maintenance activities, including inspections, defect troubleshooting, rectification and maintenance certification.

You will ensure maintenance is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with HKCAD and international standards, while coordinating with multiple departments and customers to uphold service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in aircraft line maintenance, including inspections and troubleshooting.
• Valid HKCAD / EASA / DCAM / CAAS / CASA certs with aircraft type endorsements (e.g., A320neo, B777).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a line maintenance environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication with staff and customers.

Job description

What You'll Do

• Analyze and interpret technical procedures, schematic engineering diagrams, manuals and publications
• Coordinate and interact with various departments to accomplish maintenance work
• Establish and maintain good business relationship with customers
• Manage staff performance and attendance control, and provide skills training to ensure service quality levels are up to standard and all works are carried out lAW Manual and SOP's
• Any other duties as assigned

What You Need

Relevant certifying experience

• A valid HKCAD / EASA / DCAM / CAAS / CASA. Aircraft type endorsements (e.g., A320neo, A330, A350, B744, B748, B777)
• A minimum of 8 years of experiences in all aspects of aircraft line maintenance including servicing, inspections, defect troubleshooting, repair and rectification as well as maintenance certification
• Capable and confident to handle maintenance task with minimum of supervision and support in line environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers at all levels
• Willing to perform shift duties as assigned to meet operational requirements
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
