Job summary

Yamato Logistics (HK) Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking a detail-minded air logistics clerk to manage import/export documents and declarations for timely processing. You will coordinate with internal operations and customers, enter data accurately, and prepare reports on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle air import / export documents & declarations

• Handle additional or ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior
• Prepare reports on time with high accuracy

Requirements

• F.5, DSE or above
• Normal Import Working Experience
• At least 1 year related experience is preferred but not a must
• Fresh graduate would also be considered
• Willing to work overtime & work occasionally on holidays
• Well organized and detail-minded
• Good command of English & Mandarin
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

Working Hours (AlternateSaturdays)

• 09:00 - 17:30 (Mon - Fri) & 09:00 - 12:45 (Sat)

Working Location

• ATL, Kwai Chung (Provide Shuttle Bus Coupon between ATL & Kwai Fong or Mei Foo MTR Station)

工作時間 (長短週):

• 星期一至五:上午9:00-下午17:30
• 星期六:上午9:00-下午12:45

• 葵涌三號貨櫃碼頭(ATL)
