Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an AI engineer to develop secure, on-premise AI solutions for internal operations while upholding data privacy and compliance.

You will design NLP systems, fine-tune models, and build AI pipelines with RAG and vector databases to improve chatbot performance and data workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years hands-on AI/ML model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and LLM deployment in secure environments.
• Strong knowledge of NLP technologies including speech recognition, translation, text summarization, and chatbot development.
• Experience with RAG frameworks, vector databases, and handling confidential data.
• Proficiency in Python and common AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
