Job description

We are seeking a highly creative and analytical AI Prompt Engineer to join our team and help us design effective prompts that enable our AI systems to perform at their best. You will be working closely with our AI team to develop, fine-tune, and optimize prompts for large language models across a wide range of tasks. This role is essential to unlocking the full potential of AI and driving forward our projects in the API and AI economy.

You will:

• Collaborate with our AI and product teams to design, test, and refine prompts for large language models to solve complex, real-world problems.
• Translate business requirements into well-defined AI prompts that guide models to generate accurate and contextually relevant responses.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of model outputs, identifying weaknesses and iterating on prompt designs.
• Document prompt patterns, insights, and best practices to scale our AI solutions.
• Work with developers to integrate prompts into production environments and maintain their effectiveness as models evolve.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects, contributing to both business and technical discussions on how to best leverage AI capabilities.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong interest in AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP): You have a deep curiosity about how language models work and how to make them perform optimally.
• Experience with AI Prompt Engineering: Familiarity with designing effective prompts for large language models like GPT or similar.
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages: Able to script, manipulate, and test AI models in code environments.
• Understanding of AI frameworks and tools: Basic knowledge of OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar tools.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills: Capable of identifying issues, diagnosing problems, and thinking creatively to solve them.
• Good communication skills: Ability to clearly explain prompt designs and their rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative and open mindset: Enjoy working with teams across different departments to achieve the best results.
• Adaptability: Enthusiasm for working in a rapidly evolving field and learning new technologies.

• Prior experience with fine-tuning or evaluating AI models.
• Experience in conversational AI, chatbots, or voice assistants.
