Job summary

Votee AI is seeking a Project Manager to lead AI projects from a remote location in Hong Kong. You will define scope, develop detailed plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires a degree in Computer Science or related field, proven PM experience in AI/tech, knowledge of Agile and Waterfall, and familiarity with cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in AI/tech.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of cloud management platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Aliyun, Huawei Cloud).
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee AI projects to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to define goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, tasks, and resource allocation; track progress.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings to ensure effective communication.
• Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to PM best practices and continuously improve processes.
• Improve PM methodologies to enhance delivery efficiency.
