Job summary

Protiviti Hong Kong Co. Limited is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead AI-driven insurance digital initiatives, including voicebot and chatbot solutions.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies and vendors, and coordinate with business, IT, vendors and control functions. You will oversee solution design, integration, testing, production rollout and post-launch support, while ensuring strong governance, operational readiness and clear

Qualifications

• Strong IT project management and end-to-end delivery experience.
• Experience in Voicebot, Chatbot, conversational AI or customer-facing digital solutions.
• Good technical understanding of system integration, APIs, cloud and application architecture.
• Strong communication, stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2 and/or Agile certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and AI-enabled customer engagement projects, including Voicebot and Chatbot solutions.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies and vendors.
