Job summary

Deloitte AI Institute in Hong Kong seeks a Tech Lead to shape the technical direction of enterprise AI assets and lead a growing team across Hong Kong and Mainland China. You will set standards, drive architecture choices, and ensure scalable, reliable deployments.

You will mentor engineers, own CI/CD and DevOps practices, and collaborate with product and business teams to translate research into production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• At least 8 years in software or AI/ML engineering with leadership exposure.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese or Mandarin; strong cross‑border collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define asset strategy and roadmaps for AI products, enhancements, and retirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and developers.
• Oversee SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and release management across multi‑cloud.
• Collaborate with Mainland China team to align platform roadmap and performance.
