Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in solution delivery roles.
• Hands-on software or AI engineering, backend-focused.
• Proficient in Python; TypeScript is a plus.
• Familiar with LangChain and MCP/A2A protocols.
• Experience with APIs, data stores and at least one cloud platform.
• Knowledge of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation or agent patterns.
• Production implementation experience is a plus.
• Cantonese and English advantageous in the HK environment.

Responsibilities

• Define problems, priorities and success measures with business stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into solution design covering options, architecture, build-versus-buy, risks and delivery path.
• Develop, integrate and test solutions from prototype through pilot to production support.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows where justified by the use case.
• Apply AI-assisted development tools while maintaining security and ops standards.
• Present designs and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and coordinate with IT and vendors.
• Document reusable patterns and feed implementation lessons into subsequent engagements.
