Job summary

RADICA, a Hong Kong MarTech pioneer, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new logo acquisitions for RI+ platform across retail, beauty, F&B, insurance and property brands.

You will open opportunities through outbound outreach and events, engage marketing, CRM, e‑commerce and IT leaders, and work with our Solution team to deliver demos and win deals, then hand off to delivery for implementation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales.
• Proven track record of new-logo wins personally sourced.
• Strong pipeline generation with marketing support.
• Ability to converse with marketing, CRM, e-commerce leaders.
• Fluent Cantonese and business English; Mandarin a plus.
• Interest in using CRM tools and AI to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Find and open new opportunities through outbound outreach, network, referrals, and events.
• Meet marketing, CRM, e-commerce, customer service and IT decision-makers.
• Run discovery sessions and RI+ demos with Solution team.
• Build and manage your pipeline in our CRM with forecasting.
• Negotiate and close deals; hand accounts over to delivery team.
• Provide market and competitor insights to Product and Solution teams.
