Job summary

Ambition is seeking an experienced software engineer to design and develop AI Agents and agentic AI applications. You will build scalable backend services and APIs using Python frameworks, integrate AI models with vector databases and third-party APIs, and deploy cloud-native solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams is essential. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software engineering and hands-on experience deploying AI Agents in production,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI Agents / Agentic AI systems in production.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience working with REST APIs, databases, cloud platforms, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, scalability, and best engineering practices.

• Exposure to Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other LLM ecosystems.
