Qualifications

• 3–12 years of professional AI/ML engineering experience.
• Experience with training and fine‑tuning models including LLMs.
• Strong software engineering skills in Python, Java, React/Next.js, Node.js.
• Hands‑on experience with LangChain/LangGraph and agent‑based solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) for deployment.
• Understanding of ML concepts, evaluation metrics, bias mitigation.
• Experience with version control and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Build multi‑agent workflows to optimize insurance business processes.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, model training, and deployment scripts.
• Train, fine‑tune, and optimize neural network models including LLMs.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and stakeholders to turn requirements into production AI apps.
• Ensure AI models comply with banking regulations and data privacy standards.
• Monitor deployed solutions, troubleshoot issues and implement updates.
• Deliver production‑grade backend services and AI‑driven components.
