Charlotte Frank seeks a versatile AI Engineer in Hong Kong to drive AI adoption across operations, investment support and family lifestyle tasks. You will build models, integrate systems and train non-technical staff in a lean, high-trust environment.

Collaborate with executives to identify opportunities, design end-to-end AI solutions, and govern data privacy while delivering practical tools like dashboards, automation, and chatbots.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI, ML, or data engineering roles, ideally in lean environments.
• Proficiency in Python and common ML/AI frameworks.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, n8n).

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritise AI and automation opportunities across the family office
• Design and build end-to-end AI solutions, from data pipeline to deployment
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable roadmaps
• Stay current with emerging AI tools, models, and best practices
• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy ML and LLM-based applications
• Build and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses
• Implement RAG systems and knowledge bases
• Conduct model evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Automate repetitive workflows across admin, HR, reporting, and operations
• Integrate AI tools with existing systems (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, CRM)
• Build internal tools, chatbots, and assistants to support staff and family
• Work with external vendors and platforms where required
• Structure and manage internal data for AI-readiness
• Build dashboards and reports to support decision-making
• Ensure data quality, security, and privacy compliance
• Support investment and operational teams with data-driven insights
• Establish AI governance, usage policies, and ethical guidelines
• Ensure confidentiality and data security across all AI implementations
• Train staff on AI tools and best practices
• Act as the office's go-to AI expert
