Job summary

Binance is seeking an entry-level AI tooling developer in Hong Kong to help build internal AI-powered tools, including coding assistants and knowledge retrieval systems. You will work on LLM-powered applications for code generation and test automation, collaborating with engineering teams to identify pain points and ship AI-driven solutions.

The role requires a CS degree or related field, proficiency in at least one language (Python/Java/Go/JS), and a basic understanding of LLMs with API

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript).
Basic understanding of LLMs and AI tooling.
Familiar with APIs and system integrations.
Proactive with taking initiative and ownership.
Bilingual English and Mandarin required for overseas coordination.

Responsibilities

Build AI-powered tools such as coding assistants and knowledge retrieval systems.
Develop LLM-powered applications for code generation and test automation.
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify pain points and ship AI solutions.
Experiment with Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents.
Explore emerging AI technologies and adopt them as they evolve.
