Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university with strong grades.
- Knowledge of AI tools and some AI project experience.
- Solid finance, accounting and valuation knowledge.
- SFC Type 1/Type 6 license preferred; willing to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Assist in execution of IPO, fund raising, M&A, and financial advisory projects.
- Apply AI and automation to research, financial modeling and pitchbook prep.
- Support design and development of internal AI tools.
- Participate in client pitches, industry and company research.
- Prepare market materials including pitchbooks and teasers.
- Liaise with clients, external parties and regulators as required.
- Collaborate with tech teams to prototype and deploy AI solutions.
