Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, AI, data science or health informatics.
• Proficiency in programming languages (R, Python, Cursor).
• Experience in health-related research and AI or pharmacology is an advantage.
• Familiarity with TF, PyTorch and LLM frameworks (LangChain,LlamaIndex) for AI apps.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong independence, communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test and deploy conversational AI chatbots from start to finish.
• Use Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases for personalized health info.
• Implement safety guardrails and evaluation metrics to reduce AI hallucinations.
• Develop, train, optimize, and validate ML/DL algorithms for personalized care.
• Process, clean and manage large-scale health datasets with security.
• Write code for web apps, AI applications and secure backend APIs to connect models to UIs.
• Perform administrative and other duties as assigned.
