Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services APAC is seeking a QA/UAT specialist to support business UAT and end-to-end testing in our reinsurance data workflows. The role requires Mandarin and English proficiency and keen attention to detail in comparing source evidence with structured outputs.

You will log defects, identify business-logic gaps, and prepare clear test evidence. Collaboration with business and technical teams is essential to ensure accurate pass/fail assessments and stakeholder feedback.

Required Technical Skill Set

Business UAT, end-to-end case testing, source-document validation, structured-output review, Submission Facts templates, Shopping List fields, defect logging, business-logic gap analysis, test-evidence preparation, stakeholder feedback, Mandarin and English proficiency required

Desired Experience Range

Experience in business QA, UAT, data validation or business analysis. Candidates must be able to compare source evidence with structured outputs and record clear defects or business-logic gaps. Reinsurance terminology and workflow experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Good-to-Have

• Direct experience in reinsurance, treaty processing or insurance data workflows.
• Experience with structured defect logging, business-logic gap analysis and user-feedback tracking.
• Familiarity with Submission Facts templates, Shopping List fields and structured source-output comparison.
• Strong documentation discipline and ability to prepare clear test evidence.
• Comfortable providing clear feedback to developers, recipe owners and business stakeholders.
