Job summary

RedotPay is seeking a senior software engineer to architect and develop the core AI Agent Runtime, including orchestration, memory management, and context handling.

You will expand the enterprise agent platform, integrating multi-LLM support, plugins, and multimodal capabilities, while ensuring stability and high performance in production environments. A strong backend foundation and AI-first mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• “5+ years of software engineering experience, with AI Agent R&D exposure.”
• “Deep mastery of mainstream Agent design patterns and trade-offs.”

Responsibilities

• Architect and build core modules for AI Agent Runtime and orchestration.
• Drive enterprise-grade Agent capabilities, plugin architecture, and multi-LLM integration.
• Ensure runtime stability with performance tuning, caching, and rate limiting.
• Track evolving AI/Agent tech and translate into production features.
• Collaborate on AI-native payment workflows and end-to-end transactions.
