You will work in an environment that uses AI agents and tools like Cursor daily, and you are expected to use these tools effectively to ship faster while maintaining high quality.

You will work in an engineering environment that actively uses AI agents and tools like Cursor in day-to-day development, and you are expected to use these tools effectively to ship faster while maintaining high quality.

This role is a strong fit for an engineer who enjoys backend problem-solving, building reliable distributed systems, and working with agent-assisted development practices. You should be comfortable owning features end to end, contributing to production support when needed, and collaborating closely with product and cross-functional engineering teams.

What You Will Do

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Develop scalable application logic, data flows, and service-side integrations.
• Build production-ready systems using technologies such as Go, C#, Node.js, Python, and MongoDB where appropriate.
• Use AI Tools like Cursor and agent-assisted workflows to accelerate coding, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and delivery.
• Write maintainable, testable, and observable code with attention to correctness, performance, and reliability.
• Investigate production issues, participate in incident handling, and contribute to sustainable fixes and operational improvements.
