Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an AEM-focused Software Engineer II to join the Asset & Wealth Management Digital Marketing Team. You will contribute to designing, building, and delivering secure, scalable AEM Sites and Assets solutions as part of a cross-functional agile team.

The role emphasizes reusable components, content model design in AEM, and collaboration with Product, Design, and Platform teams to create high-performing digital experiences for our clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on software engineering experience.
• Hands-on AEM (Sites/Assets) development with HTL, Sling Models, OSGi.
• Experience with AEM Assets processing and DAM workflows.
• Experience with Adobe Target, Analytics, Launch and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of DevOps for AEM including CI/CD and environment automation.
• Understanding of accessibility, internationalization, and SEO for AEM.
• Familiarity with headless delivery (AEM Content Fragments; GraphQL).
• Strong front-end skills (ReactJS, ES6/TypeScript, CSS/SASS).

Responsibilities

• Builds software solutions including design, development, testing and troubleshooting.
• Delivers secure, high-quality production code and participates in code reviews.
• Improves operational stability via automation, monitoring and remediation.
• Collaborates with Product/Design/Platform to align with standards.
• Participates in communities of practice; shares learnings and new tech.
• Supports estimation and sprint planning; communicates risks and trade-offs.
