- Building Engineering – MEP (HVAC, Fire Services, Plumbing, Electrical, Electronics, Sustainability, Tunnel Ventilation, Building Services, Mechanical)
- Building Engineering – Structural (Structural, Façade, Material, Project & Construction Management)
- Geotechnical & Geology (Civil, Geotechnical, Engineering Geology, Ground Investigation, Refurbishment, Risk Assessment, 3D Modelling)
- Land Supply / Municipal (Civil, Project Management, Transportation, Traffic Planning)
- Program, Cost, Consultancy (Quantity Surveying – Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Cost Management, Benchmarking Data)
- Transportation (Civil, Structural – excluding Traffic Planning; Aviation, Railway, Highways, Bridges, Ports, Marine, Climate Resilience)
- Water (Civil, Environment, Electrical, Mechanical – Potable Water, Rainwater, Wastewater, Desalination, Water Reuse)
Main Responsibilities
- Undergo a graduate development program to obtain a professional qualification where applicable.
- Perform assignments that require the application of standard techniques and procedures, developing judgment and understanding of professional and ethical responsibilities.
- Develop solutions for technical problems under supervision.
- Provide reports, analysis, research and design documents on relevant projects as directed.
- Participate in project teams to achieve work outcomes.
- Enforce ethics and compliance policy, including Third Party Payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.
Qualifications
- Final year students graduating in 2026 with a Bachelor or Master degree (or above) in a relevant discipline for the selected business stream.
- 2025 graduates with a Bachelor or Master degree (or above), with less than two years of relevant experience, will also be considered.
- Internship experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Good command of written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are preferred.
- Positive attitude and passion for professional development.
- Knowledgeable with IT tools, including business and engineering software and applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivated, willing to learn and tackle challenges.
- Effective individual contributor with the ability to work well in a team.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Hong Kong before they start their employment.
