Job summary

Veolia Energy Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an insurance administrative support staff to assist the project team and supervisors. The role covers clerical duties, handling insurance matters, and liaising with insurers and brokers to manage requests, quotations and policy issuance.

The candidate should be proficient in Google and MS Office, and fluent in English and Chinese. Immediate availability or short notice is preferred, with a focus on team collaboration and timely ad-hoc

• Solid understanding of basic insurance policies and claim procedures.
• Proficiency in Google and MS Office applications.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Additional Information

1-2 years of working experience; experience in engineering industry will be preferrable.

Team player with good communication skills
