Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is recruiting an Accounts Payable Officer for a UK law firm. You will maintain financial records, prepare reports, and manage vendor payments with close collaboration with the accounting team.

Requirements include a degree in Accounting or Finance, 2–3 years of relevant experience (law firm background preferred), and proficiency in Excel. Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is highly valued for cross-border communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience; law firm background preferred.
• Foundation knowledge of Elite 3E or similar accounting systems.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records per policies.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with monthly closings.
• Manage accounts payable processes efficiently.
• Follow up payments for vendors and maintain records.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of transactions.
• Collaborate with accounting for month-end closings.
• Support audits with required documentation.
