Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting functions including journal entries, voucher inputs, payments and reconciliations.
• Handle vendor payments and staff claims.
• Assist in preparing management reports and other financial analyses.
• Assist in month-end closing, prepare various reconciliations.
• Assist in external audits, tax filings, and prepare necessary supporting schedules.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Accounting and Finance, or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferrable in securities brokerage or asset management company
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
