Job summary

Langham Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced hotel accountant to perform full-cycle accounting, monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis for Eaton HK. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and strong Excel/Word skills, with hotel finance experience preferred in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will supervise routine finance tasks, prepare monthly reports, and support month-end close under the Manager. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience preferably in hotel business.
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, high sense of accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word, with knowledge of Sun system is definite an advantage.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Perform full set of accounting work and keep all records up-to-date.
• Provide figures such as covers per F&B outlets and room revenue breakdown to Manager for monthly financial report.
• In charge of ad hoc projects including income audit analysis and comparisons for special festivals and promotions.
• Supervise the Income Supervisor to complete the routine work.
• Use system to generate reports to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in month-end closing and preparing monthly reports.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
