Job summary

HR Plus is seeking an Accountancy professional to maintain books for multiple entities, prepare management reports, and assist with audits. The role requires a degree in Accountancy and 1–2 years of accounting or auditing experience.

The candidate should excel at handling several projects with deadlines, work closely with department heads, and possess strong English and Mandarin communication skills. Hong Kong tax filing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Independent worker who can take ownership and work with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining proper books and records of several strategic entities that conform with accounting standards, internal procedures and LoA.
• Producing internal management reports and analysing financial information and summarize financial status.
• Preparing financial statements and produce budget/forecast according to schedule; and
• Assisting with external and internal audits and tax returns to ensure compliance.
• Support the preparation of statutory account and managing other ad hoc projects.
