Job summary

Chiyu Banking Corporation Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional to support the account opening process in Hong Kong. You will initiate operation plans, perform AML checks on opening documents, and review profiles to ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in business or operations management, 2–5 years of QA experience with corporate accounts preferred, and strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration or Operations Management or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Initiate plans concerning operation process, policies and workflow for the account opening.
• Perform AML checks for account opening documents and conduct profile reviews to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.
