Job summary
KOS International Limited is seeking a Clerical Officer for the Account Department on a contract basis in Hong Kong. The role focuses on maintaining proper accounting records for the authority and its subsidiaries, processing payments, and ensuring transactions are properly supported and compliant with policies.
The ideal candidate has secondary education with HKDSE/HKCEE equivalents, or a relevant degree or diploma with some experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Qualifications
- Completed secondary education with level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language in the HKDSE or with Grade E in the HKCEE, or equivalent
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines; OR Higher Diploma/Associate Degree holder with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in financial management system, e.g. Workday, is preferred
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- To keep proper accounting records for the authority and its subsidiaries
- To process payments and other financial transactions and ensure that they are properly supported, authorized and processed in accordance with authority's policies and procedures
- To assist in document management and perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
