Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in PR, communications, or journalism
• Bachelor's degree in public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of social media, traditional media, and influencers, and their use in PR campaigns
• Passion for PR and a desire to learn and grow in the field
• Having a good understanding of social media platforms and content, events is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns for our clients, including outreach, press release writing, events, community management, and social media activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, content creators, and other members of the media
• Monitor coverage by media and influencers, and report on results to clients and senior members of the team
• Maintain client relationships, including attending meetings, preparing reports, and providing timely responses to client inquiries.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and brainstorm new opportunities for clients
• Support the team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing databases, and preparing presentations.
