Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club invites fresh graduates to join its 2027 Management Trainee Programme, a three-year accelerated track to develop future leaders. You will gain a broad view of the Club, learning across business and corporate functions through rotations and formal training.

You will work with senior managers on cross‑functional projects, contribute data‑driven ideas to improve operations, participate in community initiatives, and build leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or degree holder with less than 3 years working experience.
• Proven academic excellence and performance.
• Mature, self-confident and independent.
• Self-starter, eager and fast to learn.
• Enjoys being challenged, comfortable with conflict and change.
• Flexible, able to handle a dynamic and fast-paced business setting.
• Strong leadership skills and potential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain a deeper understanding of the Club and its integrated business model through rotations and training.
• Acquire job-related skills and knowledge via formal training and cross-functional rotations.
• Work with senior managers on stretch projects contributing to business development.
• Contribute innovative, data-driven ideas to improve efficiency and processes.
• Participate in the Club’s community projects.
• Develop leadership, decision-making and problem‑solving skills.
• Prepare for a future management position within the organization.
