We are working with a highly reputable firm based in Cambridge who are rapidly growing their audit department and now have requirements from Assistant Manager to Senior Manager.

Your role as an Audit Assistant Manager:
- At this well-established firm, you will be responsible for leading audits from planning through to completion.
- Liaising directly with the clients across a wide range of corporate audit clients including fast-growing OMBs to large PE backed companies.
- You will be involved in managing and developing the existing audit team, this will include planning, performance management, delegation of duties and training.
- Work as a team to support the department as it continues to grow and identify any opportunities for upselling.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You must be ACA/ACCA Qualified or equivalent with post qualification experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of working within a UK accountancy practice.
- Applicants must already be working in an Assistant Manager role but there are very clear routes for progression are available with this team.
- Enthusiasm to progress professionally and as part of the team.
- A good management rapport to mentor the audit team.
