Your new role
We are seeking a talented individual to lead and facilitate workshops and interviews with business stakeholders, aiming to understand their challenges and goals. Your role will involve clearly defining process, system, and data requirements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and traceable. You will play a crucial part in guiding business decisions for comprehensive process improvements. Collaboration with internal IFS functional leads and consultants across various business areas is essential, as you will map out business processes using the 2c8 modelling tool.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining process models with the 2c8 modelling tool, ensuring they are clear, consistent, and aligned with business needs. You will present your findings effectively, both in writing and verbally, utilising RACI charts to cover all business processes and departments. Building and managing relationships with stakeholders is key to the success of this project. You will help develop a robust business system and share domain knowledge across the team. The Business Analyst will also be expected to be able to explore all areas of the business, not just those related to ERP.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated expertise as a Business Analyst, particularly in ERP upgrades or implementations.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Exceptional ability to communicate, facilitate, and engage stakeholders at all business levels.
• Skilled in business process mapping and modelling using tools like 2c8, Visio, and ARIS.
• Proven experience in creating RACI charts for various business processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise systems, including HCM, CRM, Supply Chain, Finance, Project Management, FSM, and EAM modules.
• Strong capability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Ability to manage oneself effectively, demonstrating proactivity and discipline in meeting work commitments with high standards.
• Excellent analytical abilities to review and critically evaluate problem statements and documentation
