Network Services Lead: DDI Automation & Incident Management
Job summary
A leading technology services firm is seeking an experienced Network Services Manager in Cambridge to lead a team delivering critical network services. This is an onsite role with an initial 3-month contract, likely extending to 12 months. The successful candidate will manage multi-vendor platforms and ensure adherence to service levels while driving automation using technologies like Python and Ansible. Competitive rates between £450 - £550 per day are offered for this critical position.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise DDI platforms.
- Experience migrating DDI solutions (e.g. legacy to Infoblox).
- Knowledge of global, multi-region DNS/DHCP environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of core services: DNS, DHCP, IPAM, load balancing.
- Manage multi-vendor platforms including BlueCat, Infoblox.
- Ensure incident and service request responses meet SLAs.
- Provide technical leadership during major incidents.
- Drive automation and efficiency using Python and Ansible.
