Salary: $1,100 USD/month
Schedule: Thursday through Monday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Time

Responsibilities:
- Guest Communication: Handle all guest inquiries and requests via text, email, and platformmessaging, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns efficiently and in line with company standard operating procedures.
- Vendor Coordination: Schedule and oversee periodic and emergency maintenance with vendors for vacation rental properties.
- Turnover Management: Assign and track cleaning teams for property turnovers, ensuring a seamless transition between stays.
- Process Improvement: Help develop and refine systems to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Review Management: Provide timely and professional guest reviews on Airbnb and Vrbo.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:
- Minimum of 2 years of remote customer service experience supporting US-based businesses.
- Experience in the vacation rental industry is required—familiarity with short-term rental operations is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, Trello, Field Scheduling, and CRM software is preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet with excellent audio quality and minimal background noise.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) to support diverse guests.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to consistently meet deadlines.
