You will ensure our customers' needs are exceeded at all times while working across various areas of the store, making every day different. Responsibilities include filling shelves, serving at the tills, managing stock levels, and picking deliveries. Your efforts will help ensure customers receive what they need quickly and efficiently.

Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and informing the Manager of any discrepancies.

Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is secure for delivery.

Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.

Being polite and professional when dealing with delivery staff, responding appropriately to queries and complaints, and referring complex issues to the appropriate person.
