Finance Director à Grande-Bretagne

We are expanding our finance team and seeking a Finance Lead to join the Hitachi Solutions family. This senior management role reports to the SVP Finance – Europe.

The successful candidate will work closely with the UK management team to guide the business through its next growth phase. The ideal candidate will have extensive accounting experience and excellent communication skills, with regular interaction with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing the UK Finance Team.
2. Leading all aspects of the finance function, including AR, AP, FP&A, Compliance, Tax, and Reporting.
3. Monitoring the financial health of the business.
4. Providing management reports.
5. Overseeing tax and regulatory compliance issues.
6. Contributing to financial strategy decisions.
7. Reporting on costs across various areas such as product, staff, sales, and operations.
8. Ensuring the completion of statutory audits.

Qualifications:

• Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5-10 years of experience within a professional services organization.
• Strong numeracy skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Professional approach with a commitment to deadlines.
• Significant experience with MS D365 F&O.
• Experience managing a small, effective finance team.
• Flexible, hands-on, and supportive to the management team.
• Proactive, process-oriented, and eager to improve procedures.
• Effective communicator and team player capable of engaging with all management levels.
