Qualifications

• Minimum of three years post-registration experience with two years at Primary Nurse or equivalent.
• Relevant diploma/degree should be completed within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Support the Ward Manager to ensure high standards of care.
• Act as expert practitioner and participate in direct patient care.
• Lead the team in the absence of the Ward or Department Manager.
• Participate in recruitment and selection of Junior staff.
