• At least one year of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Availability to see patients between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, on a full-time, part-time, or per diem basis.

• Making home visits to clients in designated areas.
• Performing diagnostic tests and measurements related to mobility, strength, balance, and safety.
• Implementing wound care interventions using evidence-based dressings and topical agents.
• Developing and revising individualized care plans, including manual therapy, gait training, and balance interventions.
• Assessing and updating care plans, collaborating with nursing staff.
• Educating clients and families on rehabilitative activities to promote health and independence.
• Documenting client care and interventions using electronic tablets.

• Current Maryland Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of recent PT experience.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers; experience with EMR preferred.
