A well-established engineering contractor is looking for an AutoCAD Technician / Estimator in Wednesbury. The role involves creating 2D installation drawings and providing accurate estimates for HVAC projects. Candidates should be proficient in AutoCAD, ideally possess qualifications in mechanical engineering, and have experience in estimating. The position offers a salary of £35,000 - £40,000, Monday to Friday hours, and 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.

AutoCAD Technician / Estimator required for a well-established engineering contractor within the HVAC sector based in the Wednesbury area. Due to continued success, they are seeking an enthusiastic AutoCAD Technician / Estimator to join the team.
- Creating 2D installation drawings with the use of AutoCAD, for projects relating to air handling units, ductwork and attenuators for example
- Providing accurate and detailed estimates on projects
- Liaising closely with the project and design teams
- Develop relationships with suppliers
- Assisting with project handovers and logging information in the CRM system
- Providing updates on lead times for works
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD
- Qualifications within mechanical engineering are advantageous
- Based in a commutable distance of Wednesbury
- Estimating & CAD experience within a relevant industry
- Good communications skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Starting salary £35,000 - £40,000
- Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30. Permanent position
- 25 Days Holiday, plus bank holidays
