About You

What qualities does a Zumba Instructor need to join Virgin Active?

1. You have at least an NVQ Level 2 in Fitness and a Zumba instructor qualification.
2. You can coach and motivate our members in your Zumba classes.
3. You achieve agreed targets, including class occupancy and instructor ratings from our members.
4. You ensure our members are safe at all times and hold your own public liability insurance of at least £2 million.
5. You regularly check in with the club team and stay updated on class policies and instructor procedures.
6. You love people and can foster a community where the group fitness class members become enthusiastic fans of Virgin Active.
7. You accept constructive feedback from club staff and are always seeking ways to learn and improve, inspiring people while having fun and doing the right thing.
8. When teaching at Virgin Active, you support the team, stay authentic, work hard, and most importantly, dream big.
