Parkwood Leisure Limited is recruiting a Group Exercise Instructor (Zumba) for Ivybridge Leisure Centre on a casual basis. The role offers £21.50 per hour and focuses on safe, enjoyable group classes that motivate participants to exercise.

The successful candidate will have experience teaching group exercise, strong customer service skills, and the ability to engage with a diverse member base while working flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching group exercise classes.
• Ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Flexible and able to commit to additional hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and enjoyment of everybody participating in the class.
• Promote excellence of customer service and motivate people to enjoy exercise through good communications and selling skills.
• Run classes of a high standard and produce the desired outcomes for all members taking part in the class.
