Job summary

Vous aurez la possibilité de travailler sur des évaluations de prêteurs résidentiels et des inspections préalables à l'achat. Les candidats idéaux auront au moins un an d'expérience dans ce domaine. Ce poste flexible permet un engagement de 2 à 5 jours par semaine.

Qualifications

• Minimum de 12 mois d'expérience dans des inspections similaires.
• Capacité à produire des rapports associés.

Responsibilities

• Réaliser des évaluations et des inspections pour les prêteurs résidentiels.
• Contribuer uniquement aux produits d'inspection préalables à l'achat.

We are seeking ZH surveyors to commit to a combination of Residential Lender Valuations and Pre purchase inspections, but we also have a range of ZH Survey only opportunities where your commitment would be purely focused on Pre Purchase inspection products.

We are keen to hear from Zero Hours and self employed Residential Surveyors interested in committing from 2 to 5 days per week.

You'll need to have a minimum of 12 months previous experience of conducting relevant inspections and producing the associated reports.
